ANNUAL BENCHMARKING SURVEY - this is the premiere benchmarking survey in the consumer package goods industry. The survey tracks all the key performance measurements and the results are categorized by industry (Food vs. HBC) and has a split on sales volume. Some of the key measurements are DDO, Precentage of Deductions Created to Annual Gross Sales, Percentage of Deductions Repaid, Average Automatic Write-Off Level and a Breakdown of Deductions by Type.
