Included in basic services:
• Daily Flash Report sent email everyday to members. This report is the compilation of members reporting pertinent and factual information. The report is coded with the reporting member’s unique membership number. Members report information through a password protected website unique to their group. The Daily Flash is also posted on the website and archived for 12 months with an easy search option. An example of typical items to report are:
a) Slow Payments / Past Due
b) Credit Refused
c) Checks Returned
d) Account Placed for Collection
e) Failed to Clear Documentation & Take Possession
f) Shipment Refused
g) Other information which can be new account, new owners, owner’s prior experience or business failure is just a few of the items as long as they are verified or factual.
• In Country Flash Report - This page on the website is designed for members to submit important financial / government regulation information they learn about by country. Again it is factual information and can even be just a reference to a link that member’s can go to for certain information regarding changes or updates by a finance ministry, etc.
• Items of Interest Page - An additional web page for members to post general items of interest to the group.
• Scheduled Meetings- The group will schedule one or two membership meetings a year. These will be one day meetings that will be basically a round-table account discussion and discussion of other items of interest relative to credit and risk. At all meetings a representative of National Group Management is present to insure compliance with the Industry Group Understanding.
• Group By Laws- This group will have its own set of By-Laws detailing the operation of the group as well as the required prerequisites for membership. The group’s foundation is based on strict adherence to the US Antitrust Guidelines and confidentiality of all information.
